Overview

The Sikai Project is a 6-year project funded by the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) and implemented by a consortium of World Vision International Nepal, Handicap International, and World Education with the implementing partner as Rastriya Rojgar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) in Sarlahi district. The project aims to improve access, participation, and engagement in education for excluded children in and out of school, focusing on caste, disability, ethnicity, and gender. The project aims to benefit 61,904 children and adults during its implementation period of July 2018 to June 2024. The total budget of the project is USD 5,347,717 and covers 58 community schools and 23 Madrasas across four municipalities in Sarlahi district.
