Objective

The £ 469, 673 Zambia Education School-Based Training project, which started its implementation in 2017, is a 4-year project funded by the Scottish Government and collaboratively designed and implemented by the Ministry of General Education, Zambia (MoGE), World Vision, Zambia and The Open University, UK.

The ZEST project is focused on strengthening existing school systems and processes for primary school teachers’ school-based continuing professional development (SBCPD).
 

Beneficiaries 

To date World Vision Zambia has built capacity for 420 teachers in using the nine approaches of the Lesson study model in Chisamba and Kabwe.
