WVC's Inclusive Approach to Disability

Tharith is 1 of 26 staff who are living with disabilities and working for World Vision in Cambodia. Through his effort in life, he manages to build his strength and confidence. This allows him to work just like anybody else. World Vision has conducted several projects  to empower and integrate young people with disabilities so that they can be active citizens and experience a full life in Cambodia, just like Tharith.
