Social Accountability for Social Protection - Learning Report from World Vision International on ISAF for IDPoor

Early in 2021, World Vision International Cambodia implemented a pilot project on social accountability for social protection. The pilot project aimed at supporting and improving the delivery of the on-demand registration services for vulnerable households (IDPoor) through social accountability (ISAF project). The pilot project was implemented in 208 communes over several months. 

During 2021, World Vision reviewed this pilot using M&E data, perceptions surveys, and data from the IDPoor database. The findings, presented in this learning report, are very encouraging, showing that social accountability contributed to significantly improving the registration of vulnerable households in the target area.
