Asia Pacific COVID-19 Emergency Response Update May 9, 2020

As of May 9, 2020, these are some major highlights of Asia Pacific response:

• Over 10.6 million people including 3.9 million children reached
• More than 26,000 medical personnel provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• $4.8 million USD total amount of cash/ voucher distributed to more than 400,000 people
• 240,000 children supported with Child Protection programming
• Over 2700 faith leaders disseminating preventive measures
