Emergency Relief to Earthquake Affected Populations in Nepal Project was funded by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and was implemented from March 2024 to June 2024 as a part of the West Nepal Earthquake Response Project initiated after the devastating earthquake in Bajhang and Jajarkot districts of Nepal.

Through the Emergency Relief to Earthquake Victims in Nepal Project, WVI Nepal supported Winterization Kits to 912 households, Dignity Kits to 480 adolescent girls and women, Hygiene Kits to 480 households, Stationary Kits to 3000 children, 80 Learning Kits to 42 schools, and constructed Toilets and Water-points in 520 households. The project was implemented by PanchTara Yuwa Samrakshak Manch - Jajarkot in coordination with the local government of Nalgad and Bheri Municipalities. Download the Photo Report to see the work that went into successfully achieving the project's objectives.
