More than 5 million people in Somalia are continuing to grapple with a hunger crisis caused by drought and insecurity.
In response, since 2017, World Vision has provided:
- 537,000 people with food security and livelihood support
- 489,000 people with clean water, sanitation and hygiene support
- 394,000 people with health assistance
- 210,000 people with nutrition support
- 77,000 people with essential non-food items
- 15,000 people with education and protection activities
