Day of the African Child: Young people from West Africa have their say on what would make Africa fit for children
As Africa marks 30 years after the adoption of the African Children's Charter in 2021, World Vision and its Joining Forces Coalition partners are continually seeking children and young people’s perspectives to understand their realities and inform decision-making processes based on their input. We believe that an Africa fit for children is one in which children have the platforms to add their voices to decision-making processes, and to have their views taken seriously.
Joining Forces is an alliance of the 6 largest child-focused international NGOs (ChildFund Alliance, Plan International, Save the Children, SOS Children's Villages, Terre des Hommes, and World Vision) united to end violence against all children and secure the rights of every child.
