Aimable Nsengiyumva
He has been with World Vision for more than 17 years. He started as a volunteer for World Vision Rwanda in January 2006 and officially joined the organization in July 2007. Since then, he has held various roles. He served as the Area Development Program Manager in the rural and urban settings, and the Cluster Manager in charge of Area Programs, Grants and Emergence Projects in the Northern and Southern provinces of Rwanda. Before joining Global Livelihoods, Aimable was the Resilience and Livelihood Technical Program Manager.
Outside World Vision, Aimable was the Leader of the South Africa-Rwanda Student Volunteers Organization (SRWASVO), and a part-time lecturer at the University of Rwanda.
He holds a Professional Doctorate (D. Prof) in Leadership Development from the Global University for Lifelong Learning (California), a master's degree of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Sciences from the University of Suffolk (United Kingdom), and a bachelor's degree of Business Administration (BBA) from the National University of Rwanda.
Aimable is based in Musanze, Rwanda. He is married to Alice and blessed with three children, their daughter Deborah, and two sons David and Daniel. He is a lay evangelist in the SDA Church.
