Through the NextGen project, World Vision is not just responding to emergencies—it is helping communities rebuild, recover and regain their dignity after enduring the devastating impacts of floods, droughts and conflict-induced displacement.

World Vision's support services department met during a forum held in Lubumbashi to analyse their work and the challenges they face in order to improve their service to other departments. After 5 days of training, the agents agreed to implement the recommendations that came out of the forum.
