Twin sisters Elcie and Evelyn live in Ecuador, where they migrated from Venezuela due to the economic crisis. Along with their children, they are cash transfer for food recipients.

The event focussed on the current landscape, recent research and how to increase the scale and quality of cash and voucher assistance (CVA) programming.
