Pastor Theodore - A warrior in helping to restore broken families

World Vision has been implementing the 'Celebrating Families’ approach for years in different areas of Burundi within which we operate. So far, the results and impact have been tremendous; - a report released at the end of our 2019 fiscal year (Sep 2018 - Oct 2019) reveals that 357 households out of 580 reached out by community members that were trained by World vision to roll out the model are enjoying improved relationships. 

Theodore was among the first community members trained on the model by World Vision. He facilitates training sessions within his community, and today testifies of the change he is witnessing: “The model is helping us achieve the harmony dreamt of!”, he says.

Couples that have changed their old bad habits are now sensitising other families.
