Janelle has over 20 years of progressive experience with World Vision leading innovative international teams in Grants, Disaster Management, D,M&E and Education, mostly in the complex context of Zimbabwe. From 2016 through 2021, Janelle led the flagship IGATE Girls’ Education program. In 2022 she joined the Global Education team of World Vision where she currently serves as Senior Advisor, Basic and Non-formal Education.  Janelle is based in Zimbabwe and holds a Masters of Public Health and Professional Impact Analyst certificate.
